Set of 2 Replacement front rear inserts for lever-less tire changers, compatible with Atlas, Cemb Guliano, and Hofmann tire machines. Can be found on tire changers as an option with a leverless head (touchless head), including:

• Atlas ATC-500
• Cemb SM955 and Matic750 Leverless Tire Changer
• Hofmann (Megaplan) 

Only Fits Machines that have the pneumatic / air operated style leverless head on them that has small clip in tap to hold it in place . (See photo of leverless head for reference, it is the insert in the left of the photo with  the steel head) . Black Inserts are an aftermarket replacement to the OE yellow version.
